ConTel Home's column-beam system is equipped with SuperDyma steel cutting and perforations via a precision factory laser cut. Assembly of the pole - beam with a shot (Rivet) made of stainless steel, instead of welding. This results in a long service life.
We are using a sandwich panel for walls. On both sides, we use MgO magnesium oxide (chlorine-free grade) and using PS high.density polystyrene (fire retardant grade). So it has excellent insulating properties.
Currently under testing, this uses all the same steel components as before, but it is pre-assembled - post production for speed of construction.
